Weight Room

Lake Bonny Park is located on Lake Bonny it contains 113.3 acres. The park is accessible from US 98 across from Lakeland High School. It is a family park with varied activities. Concession stand/pavilion along with bleachers are available.

The Weight room is shared by all sports and has circuit training on the perimeter and free weights located in the center.

Henley Locker Rooms		 Each player has their own locker and access to a shower room.

 This stadium is named after Clare Henley, a local merchant and baseball supporter in Lakeland.  It is the former spring training home of the Detroit Tigers. Such famous players like Ty Cobb and Babe Ruth have played here and  It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
